Abstract: 

Nowadays, industries, especially the banking industry, are facing a much more complex environment than the past decade. Therefore, they have to adapt to the environment to obtain and maintain their competitive edge. The traditional banking system is no longer efficient enough, while a universal banking system can provide more varied services to a more diverse clientele. Considering the radical humanist paradigm in the analysis of social theories and a focus on the effectiveness of capable human resources for the correct implementation of universal banking in Iran, the present paper aims to propose a universal banking system focusing on the empowerment and skill development of bank employees. This study used the Delphi fuzzy method to select experts and classify and analyze their responses. Further, the Linear Programming and, FGTMA-FDEMATEL and screenwriting method was used to identify and investigate the criteria correlationsand map the network relationships. Arobust statisticalmethod was used to solve optimization problems based on data uncertainty. and lingo software was used to solve the problem. The results drawn from the model indicated that factors such as employee decision-making ability, responsibility towards executing a decision, access to decision tools, and employee self-efficacy sources influence the empowerment of employees and correct implementation of private, corporate, business, and investment banking. Further, they showed that sense of competence, motivation, participation, sense of effectiveness, and information technology influence universal banking. Abstract: 

In order to increase the empowerment of employees, the research has identified and determined the extent of effectiveness and prioritization of factors affecting the empowerment of law enforcement personnel in the fight against drugs. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of type. The statistical population of the study includes employees working in the Anti-Narcotics Police Headquarters and NAJA monitoring bases. Based on Cochran's formula, a total of 60 people as the sample size were selected by simple random sampling. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was prepared from a library study, review of file records and related theories, and the data were analyzed by one-sample t-tests and Friedman rankings. The validity of the research was determined by taking the opinion of professors and performing pre-test and the reliability of the research was determined using Cronbach's alpha (0. 915). According to the research findings, the pattern of structural equations as factors affecting the ability of employees to combat drug trafficking with three variables are significant, which are: the dimension of individual factors; Organizational factors dimension and external factors dimension which among these three dimensions, individual factors dimension with 87. 70; Organizational factors with 87. 18 and external factors with 86. 76 had the highest to lowest factor load, respectively; In addition, the output of the fit indices of the structural equation pattern shows more than 0/90 that this pattern has an acceptable fit. The results showed that the three factors of individual, intra-organizational and extra-organizational, respectively, and to an acceptable extent are effective in empowering employees.

Abstract: 

Environmental challenges of the present time in the fields of technological advances, increasing customers’ expectations, and the necessity of organizational flexibility have made organizations look for new ways to preserve themselves in the market. In this respect, many organizations have resorted to Staff empowerment and commitment. This study aims to examine the relationship between Staff empowerment and organizational commitment and their effects on the study population of this paper. This survey is of correlation type using descriptive methods with applied goals. Statistical population of the study included the personnel of Bagherololum Hospital in Ahar Town. The results showed a positive and significant correlation between Staff empowerment and commitment.

Abstract: 

Background and Objectives: Quality services delivery in the health settings is contingent on hospital administrative Staff organizational commitment. Inspired by previous research indicating the prominent role of psychological empowerment in organizational commitment, this study aimed to explore the relationship between the two variables in hospital administrative Staff.Methods: A random sample of 172 administrative Staff in Khatam-ol-Anbia Hospital at Zahedan city, situated in South-Eastern Iran, was selected. Mishra and Spreitzer’s scale was used to measure psychological empowerment, which comprises 15 items grouped into five dimensions, including Meaningfulness, Competence, Self-determination, Impact, and Confidence. Organizational commitment was measure, using a short version of the Meyer and Allen’s scale. The participants responded anonymously to the items of the two questionnaires.Correlations analysis, t-test, and simple and multiple regressions were used to analyze the data.Findings: Significant positive correlations were found between psychological empowerment and its dimensions as perceived by hospital administrative Staff and their perceived organizational commitment. Psychological empowerment was found to be a significant predictor of organizational commitment (b= 0.724, P<0.001). In addition, among all dimensions of psychological empowerment, Impact (b= 0.474, P<0.001) and Self-determination (b= 0.301, P= 0.001) significantly predicted the organizational commitment, together explaining 51.9% of the variance in the latter variable.Conclusions: Our results extend the established relationship between psychological empowerment and organizational commitment to the hospital administrative Staff. In particular, the significant influence of Impact and Self-determination on organizational commitment implies that administrative Staff’s organizational commitment will increase if they are given the adequate autonomy to make decision about the work processes. Psychological empowerment can only partially explain organizational commitment variance in hospital administrative Staff suggesting existence of other influencing factor remaining to be explored. The fact that Impact shows a stronger effect on organizational commitment supports the notion that the extent to which administrative employees feel a sense of influence on the work processes and outcomes would be the most important factor affecting their organizational commitment. Our findings can help hospital administrators in developing strategies aimed at promoting their organizational commitment via psychological empowerment.

Abstract: 

Today, new technology and information technology, have made police undergo radical changes. Therefore, the police approach is a knowledgebased and scientific approach.In fact, The spread of ICT in the development and promotion of community empowerment of organizations, including the police, has an undeniable role.The Iranian Police capabilities in the 21st century is also related to the development of ICT and its applications. Naja can raise sufficient resources and capacity for rapid access to and use of knowledge, information and technology to show its capabilities and Had the opportunity to exploit Differences and their impact on the community in order to double public safety organization.This research approach is qualitative and uses typically descriptive methods. In this Article, We review the concept of information technology, the digital age, and its characteristics, and also examine the major IT infrastructure. And also Undeniable role in law enforcement and security community has been defined and the Influence of the activities and infrastructures that empower employees to be police is expressed.The results show that IT infrastructures have an effect on the empowerment of police Staff like Increase in speed, improvement of accuracy, reduction of the physical size of the data sources, elimination of redundant administrative processes, reduction of costs and allowing remote collaboration and Reduction of Costs of Police Organization.

Abstract: 

Introduction: One of the most prominent functions of human resources management in the education system is the training of capable teachers and employees, direction; Change, transformation and organizational development. In this regard, the current research was conducted with the aim of introducing the empowerment model of education and training Staff, based on the performance promotion approach. Methods: In terms of the goal, this research is an applied with a qualitative approach to the Grounded Theory method. with the non-random purposeful samplingmethod, 20 experts and specialists of the organization until the theoretical saturation is reached. Data, selection and during semi-structured interview, data was collected and analyzed through three stages coding  and continuous comparison with Grounded Theory method. Results: Paradigm model with six main categories; Effective control and empoerment of human resourcesimprovement of organizational culture, system dynamics, organizational interactions and promotion of performance with 26 sub-categories were obtained through data analysis and their validity was confirmed.                                           Conclusion: After the analysis of the data and the final approval of the categories by the experts, the research model was drawn and the results showed that it has the necessary validity for application to empower the employees and teachers of education in order to performance promotion.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to Evaluate the Effect of Knowledge Management and Psychological empowerment on Staff`s Creativity in youth and sport organizations of Ilam Province. This research is descriptive-correlative and Population included 120 employees of the Office of Youth and Sports of the way all of Ilam were selected. To collect data was used knowledge management (Hemati 2010), Spritzer empowerment (1995), Randsip creativity (1997) questionnaires and the reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively: 0.96, 0.86 and 0.92, respectively. Results of describing data suggested that a mean score related to creativity dependant variable is 46.9 of 100, the mean of knowledge management in administrative organs in Ilam province is 68.9 of 134 and the mean score related to employees.Psychological empowerment variable is 59.4 of 75. Also, results of data analysis shows that knowledge management and its aspects, psychological empowerment and its aspects have a positive meaningful correlation to employee's creativity.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that psychological empowerment, knowledge management and 0/99 variability (Creativity) are explained. Finally Lisrel confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling showed that According to the Fitting indexes: GFI=0.99, RMR=0.063, Relative Index Chi square=0.81, RMSEA=0.001 and NFI=0.98, research model was Goodness of Fit Index.
